CovoCarPool Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CovoCarPool.com, a carpooling mobile application provided by Digital World LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington State-based entity. By accessing, using, or registering with the CovoCarPool app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CovoCarPool, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Service

• CovoCarPool is a platform that connects drivers and passengers for carpooling purposes.

• CovoCarPool does not own, operate, control, or manage any vehicles or transportation services.

• Users are solely responsible for their interactions, agreements, and arrangements with other users.

3. Driver Responsibilities

If you are using CovoCarPool as a driver, you must:

• Have a valid driver’s license issued by the appropriate authorities.

• Obey all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.

• Ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy and meets all legal safety requirements.

• Carry valid car insurance, as required by law.

• Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair driving ability.

• Accept full responsibility for the safety of your passengers and other road users.

Digital World LLC is NOT responsible for any driving-related incidents, violations, or misconduct of drivers using the App.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using CovoCarPool, you agree that:

• You will not use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

• You are solely responsible for your safety when using the App.

• You assume all risks associated with meeting, riding, and interacting with other users.

5. No Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital World LLC and CovoCarPool are NOT liable for any incidents, accidents, or losses that may occur before, during, or after a ride, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, property damage, accidents, or death.

• Kidnapping, assault, harassment, theft, or criminal acts.

• Loss of or damage to personal belongings.

• Disputes, conflicts, or arguments between users.

• Misrepresentation or false information provided by users.

• Violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights by users.

CovoCarPool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, security, or reliability of the App.

6. No Insurance or Financial Responsibility

• CovoCarPool does NOT provide insurance coverage of any kind.

• Users are responsible for ensuring they have proper auto insurance, liability coverage, and compliance with applicable laws.

• The Company is NOT responsible for covering medical bills, repairs, or financial losses.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital World LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of CovoCarPool.

• Your interactions with other users.

• Any breach of these Terms.

• Any violations of laws or third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital World LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• Your use or inability to use the App.

• Any reliance on information provided by other users.

• Any personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from carpooling.

Our total liability shall never exceed $0.00.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

• Remove or restrict access to the App at any time without notice.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.

• Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State.

• Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Digital World LLC.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance.
